    A Simple equation
    ADN has the JV with MEP 75/25 Split. ADN covering costs
    ADN MC is now over 100mill (at SP of 5cents)

    MEP MC is 16.5 mill currently. On above metric alone should be arounf 25Mill.

    Seems upside is with MEP based on that JV alone.
