But that type of mega maniopulation allowed, is why we see poor ordinary people like @Leonarth and many mums and dads lose their shirt, and i don't particularly like seeing and hearing these stories.

Sorry but i was under the impression the regulators where there to stop this type of manipulation.
I must have missunderstood??
