Technically I have only played with my own money so far, I did have savings to play with also you know. It's just with this golden oppertunity handed to me by corona virus, there is no way I was going to just watch it pass me by without using leverage to take more advantage than I can afford to right now.
What does it matter to you if I didn't earn this money yet? You never got finance for a car or a house?
