OT Looking out to sea here we can see straight out in front of us what seems to be a few miles out one of those cruise ships which are roosting up and down the East Coast. Poor devils aboard that ship and all of those ships around the country.
What a dilemma we are in too.
We have humanitarian obligations and legal obligations under international maritime law but then we know what happened last time a Covid -19 - affected ship was allowed to dock and the passengers disembark. What a time. We have not seen the like of this on a global scale since the War.
