i.e. XTCO = 0.35 cents, not 3.5 cents. so, agreed, arbitrage is there but not a great deal.
And Note:
today's volume - of the Oppies - was only 21m (because Oppies are NOT traded on the Chi-X)
compared to 331m heads (traded on both ASX & Chi-X).
