So you are saying that

the 11 cent capper put that in place so he/she/they/who/him et al could distribute ? ( No one does this, it makes absolutely no logical sense )

The daily volume drop paints a picture of exhausted buying ? Have you seen the rest of the market ?

Its my opinion that your post is near 99.9 percent backwards of whats actually happening.
