You would be inclined to think that Amazon were going out of their way to integrate with SCT, which is a huge deal.

So they integrated with Amazon. That's not a huge deal. I think the problem was with the heading.

This is misleading heading should have been scout integrates with Amazon . As per one share holder in scout thread , someone bought large chunk of shares last week and dumped today morning. I guess this anouncement looks like a trap set for traders
