a lot of accumulation at 10 cents without moving much today, the gossip over on other threads is instos are loading up ready for the break through 10.5 - 11 - 11.5 cents, blue skies after that to 20 cents, if it goes that high i believe there wont be any stopping at 17.5 this time.
