What will it take for CVI to break out of the catagory of a speculative investment? Even is all announcements many of us are hoping for come through, will there still be enough soveriegn risk to label CVI a speculative share?
if not, would these announcements bring to CVI a new breed of investors? and would these investors tolerate sarcastic SOB's like me on the registry?
