Holista Colltech Limited (ASX: HCT, “Holista” or “the Company”) was yesterday served with Federal Court proceedings commenced by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).The proceedings relate to allegedly false and misleading statements with respect to Holista’s sanitiser products and partnership with GICC, which are said to have been disseminated by the Company in the period from January 2020 to July 2020. ASIC claims that between April and July 2020 the Company was in breach of its continuous disclosure obligations.
