Yes as in if i research a company, i put all my notes down in a format or notepad file ( notepad++ if that makes you feel any better ) to collect info. This is pretty common practise as far as im aware.

    Some use word documents

Others use whatever tool they choose to take notes, some may even write them down on paper.

Its just a way of collecting the information, i think this is far from the issue here.

Go and read my report mate, im fairly sure its correct, obviously i have now updated it with a slight variation to hopefully help you sleep better tonight

The information is pretty much the same, but i have added a few more details and corrected a couple of copy and past errors, a few spelling mistakes, and a couple of gramatical errors. But being human im sure there are a few in there and im sure you will let me know

If you feel the information is misleading thats fine, i am happy to discuss that with you on the PWN thread where it belongs.

What i do find misleading is the information you leave out of you're posts to paint a negative picture of a situation which isnt necessarily the case, seems to be a bit of a pet peeve of yours especially when it comes to announcing from the roof tops

    Capital raising, capital raising
Lots of shares on issue, lots of shares on issue
    Billions and billions

EOD all that matters when it comes to bigger share registers is the market cap and the structure of the register.
