    I bought 2 ducks today for 5 of us.
    Had them cut up. Doing duck confit. With 1kg of scallops and a red wine jus.

    If I can find the right spuds (kipflers) they will be baked super hot in the 4 tubs of duck fat.

    Have to go rub the duck shortly.
