Went to trading halt this morning pending a long anticipated contract announcement, and it is 50% up in pre already, so it might be the one the market is waiting for for a while. It is battered down and trading at recent cap raise (0.5c), quite dormant for a while, but has a history of decent moves on good news. I have called it a few weeks ago when it blinked up in no news a bit (thought its prelude to that announcement), but went right back into slumber. Looks like they managed to keep the deal in secret as there was no usual buy volume swell that is quite standard before such announcements lately, and as the swell is there now in pre, it looks like it might offer a few lovely pips if the announcement lives up to expectations.
