ENV look at the 1m buyer at 0.018, as soon as 0.019 touch they removed it,
they are scared of this going higher until they accumulate more cheaply
this tactic is very common and is an easy way to make money, buy up and they will be forced to buy up and a bottleneck situation creates itself, that's when parabolic runs happen
