I thought that had been done and Keith Pitt the Cth resources minister at the time was about to approve it, as it had met all the criteria environmentally when scomo squashed him and it for his political gain. Sure the locals are whinging but the decision has to be made lawfully and for the best interests of the country and power prices -which is why the CONSENT orders in the federal court sent it back for approval. BPH consented I would imagine because it met the criteria and was to be approved previously.
