As mentioned earlier this afternoon SCU seems to have trouble moving beyond 30cents.
A longer term chart as attached shows that a move may be near (study the parallels between the current RSI levels and prior increases) - all you need do is watch the volume as it seems to peak on volumes approaching 90M. It is only a theory and you should do your own research.
