The mobile network approvals will provide mobile users in corresponding regions with access to the
conversational AI applications launched in 2022, Bedtime Stories and Astro VIP, as well as the new AI
History application, representing additional revenue for UNITH.
AI History is an edutainment product based on UNITH’s Talking Head technology which enables users to
learn about history through interactive conversations with famous historical figures from actors,
scientists, politicians and sportsmen. When interacting with these famous historical figures, users can
ask questions and receive a response in real-time and in different languages.
AI History is a browser-based product that can be accessed on any computer or smart device without the
need to download any software while users log in with their phone number.
Revenue will be generated by UNITH’s Subscription division as users access AI History, Bedtime Stories
or Astra VIP through a weekly subscription starting from $3.23 per week in Poland, $2.10 per week in
Iraq, $3.00 per week in Hungary and $5.72 per week in Palestine. UNITH will retain up to 80% of
revenue generated from subscriptions in line with previously announced territories.
