Why so many companies on the ASX do this?
Some people suggest: unless it's cheap shares for their mates?
Who knows it happens a lot.
They could wait a few days to get the VWAP up.
And raise higher,
but instead so many companies on the ASX instead issue at a cheap price,
After big gains,
Destroying their Share Price,
Market Cap.
And Shareholds faith in their ability to act in Shareholders best interest.
Clearly it's never good for shareholders when ASX xompanies constantly do this.
As they could raise higher by waiting
