I'd say having the mine minister there this week and literally saying he will look into it... It's basically been disproven already.. Previous owner listed on NYSE and confirmed accounts in order - it is just a "clerical order" no doubt.

Regardless FFX market cap $150M vs $30M cash + $100M+ revenue + awesome profit + upgrade resource + $300M USD mine sunk capital + $US50M+ drill expenditure + lithium asset...

No brainer this is re-rating and lithium strategy update in Feb announced webinar 10th of Feb !!!
