EN1 - Hasnt sold because 50% of his 35M shares are in Escrow up to Dec 2018, and the 50% remaining till Dec 2019. Also this dude is paid $470K per year, as is another director, so the two of them cost this company almost $1M per year.Not a good look for a Co that made a loss of $10M last year. Trade the trade.
