initially i thought CEL was going to drift lower.
But im wrong .
on the 15 min chart looked a bit weak with a shooting star on end of a uptrend with above avg volume.
normally this pattern ends up going lower. Especially on a friday afternoon.
but when zoomed out its uptrending on multiple time horizons.
