I think it is just the directors right??? which is 3 times 9 mio but not sure about Aust Heritage Trust, they also have 10 mio shares.
I can't imagine hem selling any shares whenthe story looks so positive....I hope they handle it well.
FYI, I think they have a mention in the AFR today as well.
