Half-time round-up: ASX Update: Shares ease as wary investors wait for volatility drop

In this report:

• ASX 200 declines 0.3%
• Going up: Block, ORG, NXT, VRS, FRE
• Going down: ANN, BHP, IGO, PRU, NHF
• US futures drop 0.3%

Personal trading: No day trades, but I did buy ANN for the long-term portfolio. (My approach to longer-term plays is to try to pick up dividend-paying value plays at times of temporary weakness with a view to holding for years.) Should have bought a trading parcel as well. Doh.
