Personally I'd suggest you average down when the stock really moves. And based on news.
So if it was me and it did flash up to .035 I'd probably average down then.
Not when it's tumbling. It's hard to do. Because you don't want to throw more money in. But if you think (not hope) its about to fly then do it.
