Not when it's tumbling. It's hard to do. Because you don't want to throw more money in. But if you think (not hope) its about to fly then do it.

Hi Tony,

I appreciate you opinion on this situation which I believe I'm not alone (as we all have losses). I have average down in the past and it has worked for me. ATM I have average down 3 times with BEZ to 0.17c which I'm now even.

Patience and time can help alot when one has doubts when deciding what to do next.
I have also sold at a loss to buy something that is booming which I have been thankful I made the choice. Either way it still hard.
