Shelby is free to express her opinion, even if it does involve mentioning twitter or other social media sites.
Shelby is free to point out twitter pumps/broker pumps/poster pumps if she pleases.
Shelby is free to talk about the Queen or any other OT subject, just as others are free to talk about soccer or crayfishing or whatever they please.
