I heard Spark is great but I just use iress viewpoint with live data and chx of course.

It wasn't me but I do like Mike Bellafiore.

I can't give out all my secrets other than just spend as much time as you possibly can in-front of a screen. Watch every single tick and every single buy/sell execution and the orders that get removed or put in place for other reasons. I've probably put in around 4000-5000 hours of screen time. There's no shortcut to that (not that I'm saying you're looking for one).

Trust me it's not all rosey, it took me 3 years of hard work to get to this point. 8-12 hours of screentime/research a day for 3 years. I go to sleep thinking about trading and wake up thinking about it. If you want it bad you will get there, if you only half want it then you will fail.
