Given there position, tough market to raise in if you know the story.
Looks like they have been given a second chance but the brokers would only cough up the money at a good discount
After all shares have been allocated there will be circa 650 million shares on issue.

These shares will get churned through very easily IMO

Prob best to stick to FACTS

Post raise with all shares issued

Cash Position : $5.3 Million
Shares on issue : 650 Million ( roughly )
Market Cap : $11.7 Million @ 1.8 cents
Enterprise Value : $6.4 Million

Pretty cheap for a bio stock who will be cashed up and has some interesting prospects on there books still.
