If debt is an issue for a company, then a lot of us having a mortgage are also in trouble too. Besides those who can afford to buy their house outright, how much do you guys borrow to buy a house? 50% of the house price? I guess most of you guys will borrow 80%. Compare those companies to yours, everyone's got debt, if they have problems, anyone has a mortgage will also be in trouble now...
The is just market sentiment, many businesses out there have been borrowing to do and expand their businesses. Not everyone has billions to start with their business. The situation now only has the effect of seriously evaluate and tightening the borrowing condition which I think is good to the economy and the lender.
