Fully operational and profitable, not a shell

Directors been buying up millions the past months, cheap producer and SP bagged few times when oil was at $65 a barrel

Oil at 75 a barrel right now and their customers pay a small premium to the WTI price

Top 20 own 75%~ , not much free float at all, this will run hard when volume arrives

Stupidly priced right now, cheaper than most defunct shells out there
