They have an employee benefit Liability of half of their assets. Employee benefits liabilities are the most risky by far its why business always encourage you to take your holidays.

If the employees all call their holidays at once, they need to find that money and can quite easily bankrupt a company. Generally speaking across the board, not saying it will happen here.
