Voluntary Suspension - Update Technology company MGM Wireless Limited (ASX: MWR) (MGM or the Company) advises that it will not be in a position to make the announcement required to lift the suspension from trading of its securities within the time originally anticipated. The processes for execution of a new customer agreement of the significance and size the contract represents is taking longer than expected, with delays due to Covid-19 and staff working from home also causing issues. The MGM board of directors remains confident that finalisation of the new customer contract is imminent.The Company expects to make an announcement this week that will lift the suspension from trading of its securities
