I actually Enjoyed the gardening leave….especially as the bombs starting dropping in the Middle East and I had to quickly review and adjust positions without the distraction of HC. Wanted to get back majority cash. I must admit - I did panic a touch as markets went red. Was a natural reaction, adjusted quickly.
I closed ZEU 4m at 1c entry into 1.2 for 8 green amongst a number of others - TMG, BYH, RML and KNB (+16). Also traded DTR heavily once 7.1c, 61.8% retracement fib hit during the week.
Didn’t really want to sell ZEU…so took it again once volume returned after lunch at 1.3 to 1.4 for 5m units. I still reckon she has a big move in her. Also retreated into safe haven Gold stock I like - buying BC8 87.5 late arvo for 300k units. Thats all I hold into the weekend.
