Request for Trading Halt
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 NeuRizer Ltd (ASX: NRZ) (the “Company”) requests an immediate trading halt of the Company’s securities, pending a release to the market of an announcement regarding an ASX Price Query Letter and Response, along with an announcement in relation to a material acquisition. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 the Company advises that:

1. The trading halt is to assist the Company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations as the
Company finalises an announcement in relation to a material acquisition.

2. The Company requests the trading halt to continue until the earlier of the release of the announcement,or commencement of trading on Tuesday 18 June 2024.
