The market so far is thin. One idiot has put in an offer to sell 274,000 shares for 27c. Either he/she wants/needs to get out and wants to be first cab off the rank at the opening price (which won't be 27c) or he/she will pull his/her bid before trading resumes.
Either way it's a bit rough to get a mergin call when the stock is not trading and the io price is easily influenced by an idiot.
