It's not because they don't want to work hard it's because most people are priced out of the housing market and you need quick money in to be beat the rising house prices. It's not all about self gratification and Lambo's. People are risking it all to hopefully be in a better position at an earlier age otherwise they'll be in sharehouses until their mid 30's.
