Yea he can sell off market for whatever price he wants
Obviously Zanamere Pty Ltd has had a pretty good year to take them at a premium haha
Looks like he has moved everything from GE Reveleigh & Co Pty Ltd to this company
Maybe he is closing the PTY down at the end of this tax year and given himself a nice boost of cash by getting his other company to pay a premium for his stock.
Just a theory
Kinda makes sense, especially of the former company has financial liabilities it needs to take care of...
