I have my own "steps" or "rule of 3" that applies to these kinds of moves.
Usually a sell down or a pump up occurs over 3 days, each day with higher volumes than the previous and of course moving strongly in one direction.
Doesn't always work of course, but I'd rather buy as close to the low (or sell as close to the high) and risk missing out, than be caught at a price point I'm not happy with.
If I miss out, so be it. EOFY bargain bin sales leaves plenty of opportunities laying around for the next 2 weeks.
