They have 342 Million shares on issue, and have just issued another 90 million shares @ 1.1 cents
For someone who has supposedly done all the heavy research on this company and put in the "grunt" work as you put it.
It took me less than 30 seconds to find out they actually have 432 million shares on issue, give or take....
Talk about misleading information ?
