MTC anyone wiser to what's going on here or am i wrong the takeover offer in front of them as announced today is the equivalent of 63.9 cents per share yet its sitting at 24 cents per share . Thats how im reading it and i cant see much in the way of this deal not proceeding.
36 mill up front or 28.4 cents and the mining grant has just been approved that's adding 15.8 cents a share or 20 mill the 2% royalty will take time but that's another 19.7 cents per share. To good not to have a ping in my book.
