It was at 11.5 cents at lowest point and this was a whole year decline. But you could not buy shares at this price as no volume was being sold. Unless your only buying a few hundred $'s. The real volume was at 14-15 cents. It was $1.10 a year ago. So as I said it's coming off its base. Your percentage is off a low base and you could not buy at that price This is a correct statement. The run started only a few days ago.
