It is being kept within the range of 1.6 to 1.8 c except for one recent day ( Friday 10 days ago ) when it was allowed to surge to 2 cents. The trick here is to get in at 1.6 and then sell at 1.7 or 1.8.... The complication is that it is impossible to know when it will be let fly. News is expected I believe and on that basis I would hold onto it. Trade a parcel within the range too if you fancy. FGF.
