BEZ. They are not really lenders. They are buying gold as it is produced at 10% discount. Not sure how far ahead they will buy but they won't hand over all the cash at the beginning. There are T&Cs and pull-out provisions.
Agree that it's better for BEZ than not getting production started and no dilution etc.
I've got no opinion on the deal but I just reckon it won't be all smooth sailing. So SP might go up and down. imo
