Trading Halt, Capital Raise at the same time as PLL who has a 20% investment, not sure if there is further joint announcement coming soon to read into it but some speculation going around.

In the meantime closure of NAL bid is scheduled for early April and announcement towards the end of the month. They just extended their Tansim project by 44% so expect a new drilling campaign to extend the resources.

Authier + Extended Tansim + NAL (if the bid is successful) + New joint agreements with PLL would be explosive for the stock
