I wonder about the "Is it gambling?" question quite a bit. I don't gamble and hate throwing my money away on chance.
But then I day trade and a lot of trades are informed guesses based on sentiment, price action, hunches, theories, research.
Is there a distinction? Is it a scale, where pokies are at one end and investing is at the other?
