Just goes to show how stupid the ASX is, this MSB announcement is just for the 'refiling' of the data which is now sufficient, it's still not approval, yet it jumps 15 cents. The previous similar announcement was pretty much the same with no approval and it went no where. They have no idea, it's all about whether the brokers and instos want to release the brakes or not after they've had enough of a fill. The actual substance of the announcements don't mean much anymore on this piece of crap market.
