    I cant see any logic in selling at or below 27 cents. For those selling at 27 cents surely they would not participate in the SPP. Any price abore 27cents i can see reason for selling especially if you do not have enough money to take part in the SPP.

    Those selling at 27 cents therefore can only be traders and manipulators or those who think that the SP will never surpass 27 cents
