Thank you, V for your time and wisdom. I tried to reply last night but HC kept freezing. I entered way too late, again. I can see what you mean with the second candle as an entry, I also ignored the first rejection @ 23 (middle candle) and entered in what eventuated to be a 3rd rejection which was still forming - the RSI on the 5 was close to 70 as well.
I really like the settings you suggested, it works well, and as always I really appreciate your help, getting there slowly and steadily.
