GWB and Co have not released any information proving Iraq is a threat, has wapons of mass destruction, is linked to Bin Laden or any thing else because they do not have any.
Not only is there a need to convince the general public but more importantly the UN security council and yet every bit of so called proof provided by the US and UK has turned out to be ranging from 1/2 truths to distorted facts to out right lies. Even most of what Powell presented to the security council last week has been disputed and either proved to be false by even the CIA or at the very least to be inconclussive and proving nothing.
If you want to believe blindly what you are told by Bush, Blair and Howard that is up to you but the polls and demonstrations clearly show that the majority do not believe what they are being told and are sick and tired of being lied to by their so called leaders.
About the only thing that can be said to be true without a doubt is that Saddam is a cruel dictator but this alone does not justify military action and the sacrificing of an estimate 100,000 innocent Iraqis and creating an estimated 1-2mil refugees.
