Half-time round-up: "ASX Update: Retailers on sale as cost worries flare"

In this report:

• ASX 200 dives 1.5%
• Going up: ALL, healthcare, gold, PNV, RKN
• Going down: retailers, tech, WEB, BPT, WBC
• US futures sink 0.38%

Personal trading: Had bids at a lot of the right levels for rebounds but only got a couple of part-fills - RGL and GSR for a couple of pips each.
